Support Worker

Support Workers work in both our Supported Living and Complex Care services. Our Support Workers help to enable our service users to improve their skills and independence whilst living in a supportive environment. They provide a quality service and work as part of an integrated and professional care and support team under the leadership of the manager. They are normally assigned to one or two specific projects but may be required to help out elsewhwhere if needed. This can be an enriching role as close bonds often develop with the service users they work with. Our Support Workers enable our service users to be part of life within a community and support them to achieve their goals. They have a varied role which could include supporting service users to go swimming, bowling, college, nightclubs and even on holiday. To read more about the role of a Support Worker, please click the button below to download the job description.

Senior Support Worker

Our Senior Support Workers are assigned their own projects and are responsible for the paperwork and staff working in them including rotas etc. They have the support of the Team Manager and the Registered Manager when required. They will carry out staff supervisions and audits to ensure all paperwork is in place ready for the end of month archiving and our Senior Support Workers will also be on call around 1 week in 6. They are also responsible for arranging regular staff meetings at their project and ensuring any quality measures are put in place after agreement with the management team and service users concerned.

Team Manager

Our Team Manager overseas the Senior Support Workers and is on hand for the Support Workers when needed. This role ensures all shifts are covered and carries out audits and supervisions of the Senior Support Staff to ensure everything is running smoothly in the projects. They will attend meetings with Care Managers and family members and act as advocate for best interests of our service users. Our Team Manager is integral in recruitment and interviewing for new staff and this position has a strong role in maintaining and increasing quality within our services.

Registered Manager 

Our Registered Manager is the officially Registered Person with The Care Quality Commision and overseas all services and staff to ensure the smooth running of the company. The Registered Manager is also responsible for the growth of the company within various areas.
