We provide high quality complex care in the home, to individuals with a range of complex healthcare needs from spinal injury, to brain injury, degenerative conditions, to congenital disease. Through our nurse led, tailored approach we provide support to manage their condition and maintain the lifestyle they choose. We take pride in offering a truly personalised care and support service developed to enrich the care receivers life, and help them to lead the most independent and fulfilling life they can. The service is registered with the Care Quality Commission as a supported living service, meaning the service offers support for individuals to live in their own properties. We work in partnership with a variety of professionals such as; Community Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists (SALT), Diabetes Nurses and Nutria Nurses to ensure all support/health needs are fully met.
